Slimming World Sea Bass with Tomatoes and Bacon Recipe 

This is another Slimming World recipe from one of their books. My initial thought was that bacon and fish was a very strange combination but they go together beautifully, cod works very well too.

Prep Time 10 mins  Cooking Time 20 mins


2 Filets of Sea Bass or other white fish, Cod for example.
2 Rashers of bacon, fat removed and cut into small pieces.
10 Baby tomatoes cut in half
1 garlic clove, chopped finely
Drizzle of Balsamic vinegar
Shredded fresh basil (optional)
Lemon wedges to serve


Preheat the oven to 200C (180C fan)
Place the fish on a lined baking tray
Distribute the garlic, tomatoes and bacon evenly over the fish.
Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and bake for 20 mins or until fish is cooked
Serve with lemon wedges and chopped basil.


Delicious with stir fried vegetables and potatoes.

This is lovely with potatoes and vegetables. We have it with stir fry or grated vegetables, just like making a coleslaw but without the mayo.
