Slimming World Weigh In Week 21

Anyone following my progress with Slimming World will have noticed that I haven't posted for a couple of weeks. My last weigh in was on 10th May - week 18. I have been a bit naughty, eating all the wrong food and drinking all the wrong drinks.
This was because life gets complicated and I compensate by eating, I guess this is how I got overweight in the first place. Nothing serious happened, just my husband recovering from surgery so I bought him the odd cake as a treat (yep I had to "taste" it, the beginning of the slippery slope) and looking after my grandson, and invalid, alone just made me crave pastry, chocolate and cake.

I decided I would just go with it for a little while then get back on plan. I really do want to lose weight and the thought of putting weight back on saddens me. 

My weigh-in this week is plus one and a half pounds. Not so bad, I did expect worse. I am back at it now and will post my usual next week complete with meal plan and best recipe. 

I can do it! You can do it!

See you next week with hopefully some good news and a few (or just 1.5) pounds lost.

Total weight lost = 1st 8.5lbs

    1. Thank you. I hope you lost some, let me know how you got on. It is great to know how others are getting on, it's not an easy journey and takes a lot of will power and commitment.
